Three Court of Appeal Judges Survive Sacking Featured

Lady Justice Joyce Khaminwa has become the latest Judge to lose her job after the Judges and Magistrates Vetting Board declared her unfit to continue serving in the judiciary. This as two other Judges Mohammed Ibrahim and Roselyne Nambuye were handed a reprieve and the unsuitable tag on them removed albeit temporarily as they will now be vetted afresh following successful appeals. Hussein Mohamed with more from the verdicts that also saw three appellate judges cleared to serve.
