Should Kenya Declare Poaching A National Disaster Featured

With 18 rhinos and 51 elephants already killed by poachers this year alone, is it time Kenya declared wildlife poaching a national disaster? According to the Kenya wildlife service, the massacre of a major tourist attraction to the country may be a tragedy.
